Cheesy rice kebab
Nothing tastes better than a fried crispy snack with tea. The goodness of a crispy outside and a cheesy inside is what we all crave. Our chefs have whipped up this recipe to satisfy your savory taste buds and it is an absolute yes for cheese lovers. This is for all those people who think cooking is difficult. 1 cup leftover rice.
3 tsp milk.
2 tsp bread crumbs.
1 chopped onion and green chilly.
1 tsp grated ginger.
½ tsp chat masala.
Salt to taste.
2 pieces of cheese slices.
Oil (for frying).
Chopped coriander (for garnishing).
Mash up the rice with milk and mix all ingredients except cheese.
Take a small portion and make a round ball.
Insert a small piece of cheese slice in the middle.
Flatten it into a tikki shape.
Coat with bread crumbs and either shallow fry or deep fry them.
